My Approach:
I believe that each individual is unique and therefore my approach is tailored to the unique nature and needs of each client.
I normally work with most clients for anything from 3-10 sessions until the person feels they have reached their goals for therapy.
The modalities that I normally use are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), brain retraining techniques (BRT).
For couples, I assist couples to strenthen their relationship if needed, or to work on relationship healing.
